As powerful as this process can be, I don’t take myself too seriously. I usually have no idea what I’m going to do next, which is often a scary place to be. That’s part of the journey of intuitive art making, and why I feel so strongly about adding a little bit of creativity with a little bit of introspection. It’s my favorite thing ever!
