In this video, I walk you through my process of connecting the intuitive painting process with my own search for meaning and release.
In art, just as in life, we want to know where we are going and what it’s all about. However, we do not get a guidebook, or a roadmap, to lead the way. This is why it’s important to have a connection with your own intuition for the times you are looking for guidance, solace, or clarity.
At the time of making this journal page, I was confused about the work I was putting into my career, and wondering if I was doing enough to take it to the next level.
I often find myself analyzing, plotting, and struggling to know the exact right steps to take next. I get lost inside my head and then I get stressed out and worried about whether I am making progress quickly enough.
I needed to remind myself that work doesn’t need to be hard.
Work can be FUN.
Not only can work be fun… but I think having fun is an important part of the equation when it comes to living.
We aren’t here to be stressed out, or to struggle through life. Not only does having fun make the journey much more enjoyable, but I’ve noticed that things fall into place much more effortlessly when I am having a good time.
Have you ever noticed this?
Maybe we’re going about this all wrong.
Maybe we need to put our faith in seeking the fun in life, just like we put faith in ourselves, a higher power, and a a greater purpose.
I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have fun while I’m living this life… so let’s decide TODAY to make fun a priority.
Are you with me?!?!?!
